There were just over 100 entries for the 15th annual Highridge Amateur Open Rodeo on July 14, which was hosted by the Highridge Agricultural Society at its grounds southeast of Barrhead.
The payout for first to fourth place was split 40/30/20/10. When there were only three qualified competitors, the split was 50/30/20.
When there were only two qualified competitors, the split was 60/40. Finally, in events where there were no qualified rides, the money was split evenly.
If there was a tie for first, they flipped a coin for the hoodie. Results are as follows:
